There are just six games on the NBA schedule Monday, and with several intriguing sleeper options available, it's the perfect night to top-load your lineup with several big names and balance things out with some low-priced bargains.
With that in mind, keep an eye on the status of Utah Jazz guard Gordon Hayward (shoulder). He is questionable to face the Minnesota Timberwolves, and if he is sidelined, forward Rodney Hood ($3,000 salary, 6.0% of cap) should make a sneaky cap-saving option. He has scored 19 or more points in three of his last six games, and no team is allowing more points per game than the Timberwolves.
G James Harden, Rockets at Pacers
$9,300 salary | 18.6% of cap
Harden torched the Pacers earlier this year, finishing with 45 points and 64.25 FantasyScore points. Indiana just doesn't have a perimeter defender capable of keeping Harden out of the lane, so bank on another big night for "The Beard."

G Aaron Brooks, Bulls vs. Hornets
$4,000 salary | 8.0% of cap
As he has settled into his starting role, Brooks has produced at least 24.50 fantasy points in six of his last eight games. He doesn't have a high ceiling, but against a Charlotte team ranked 21st in points per game allowed to point guards, Brooks should make a safe source of cap relief.
C Brook Lopez, Nets vs. Celtics
$6,400 salary | 12.8% of cap
Lopez has been on a tear recently, logging at least 29.50 FantasyScore points in four straight games and averaging 52.75 in his last two. He should continue his surge against a Boston team allowing the second most points per game to centers.
Make your team. Hit the hardwood. Win cash.
G Tony Allen, Grizzlies at Knicks
$3,000 salary | 6.0% of cap
Known for his defensive prowess, Allen has been delivering some all-around production lately while continuing to provide plenty of steals. He has topped 20.00 fantasy points in six straight and has topped 26.00 four times during the stretch. Allen should wreak enough havoc against the last-place Knicks to make a great cap-saving option.
F Corey Brewer, Rockets at Pacers
$3,500 salary | 7.0% of cap
Brewer is enjoying his best stretch since being acquired by the Rockets, and he has logged at least 27.75 FantasyScore points in seven of his last eight games. His price tag and his production should help bolster lineups tonight.
C Gorgui Dieng, Timberwolves at Jazz
$5,300 salary | 10.6% of cap
Dieng has been taking advantage of multiple injuries in Minnesota's frontcourt, but he runs into a brutal matchup against Rudy Gobert and the Jazz. Utah allows the second fewest points and the fewest rebounds per game to centers, and Dieng's upside figures to be nonexistent.
