Following a night when there was just one game on the schedule, the NBA revs back up Friday with a 13-game slate.

As tip-off time approaches, keep an eye on the Minnesota Timberwolves guard Kevin Martin (hamstring), who is questionable tonight after missing back-to-back games. If he sits again, forward Chase Budinger ($2,200 salary, 4.4% of cap) should make a great source of cap relief. Budinger is averaging 31.63 fantasy points in two starts in place of Martin, and he comes at the minimum salary.

G James Harden, Rockets vs. Timberwolves
$9,300 salary | 18.6% of cap

The Timberwolves allow more points per game than any other team in the NBA, and "The Beard" has already shown he can take advantage of the matchup. In three previous meetings, Harden is averaging 54.83 fantasy points. Pay up for the proven production.

G Reggie Jackson, Pistons at Magic
$5,500 salary | 11.0% of cap

Jackson is enjoying his best stretch since joining the Pistons, and he is averaging 20.2 points, 6.0 rebounds and 12.2 assists over his past five games. Facing an Orlando team that ranks 25th in scoring defense and allows the most assists per game to point guards, Jackson should put up another big line tonight.

C Rudy Gobert, Jazz at Nuggets
$7,400 salary | 14.8% of cap

Gobert has been dominant on the glass and on defensive end since joining the starting lineup, and he is averaging 15.2 points and 2.2 blocks per game in March. Tonight, he draws a great matchup against a Denver team that allows the fourth most points per game to centers, which pushes Gobert's upside even higher.

F Robert Covington, 76ers vs. Clippers
$4,000 salary | 8.0% of cap

The Clippers struggle to defend small forwards in every aspect of the game. They are allowing the most points, most assists and second most rebounds per game to the position entering tonight's game. Covington scored 23 points the first time these teams met, and he offers great upside at a cap-friendly price.

G Greivis Vasquez, Raptors vs Lakers
$3,000 salary | 6.0% of cap

With Kyle Lowry (back) out indefinitely, Vasquez is set to run the point for the Raptors for the second game in a row. He logged 30.00 fantasy points against the Bulls Wednesday, and tonight, he faces a Lakers team allowing the most points and most assists per game to point guards.

C Dwight Howard, Rockets vs. Timberwolves
$7,300 salary | 14.6% of cap

Howard (knee) had a pain-free return to the court Wednesday, but despite a matchup with the worst defense in the NBA, paying up for Howard is a bad idea. He played just 16 minutes Wednesday, and the Rockets are going to limit his workload with the playoffs on the horizon.

F Chandler Parsons, Mavericks at Spurs
$5,200 salary | 10.4% of cap

He had a decent game against the Spurs Tuesday, scoring 15 points and adding six rebounds. But Parsons is averaging just 12.0 points on 37.8% shooting in three meetings with San Antonio overall. Given his low ceiling, you can do better.
