LeBron put on a show for the ages against the Pistons in Game 5 of the 2007 Eastern Conference Finals, scoring the final 25 points for the Cavs over the final minutes of the fourth quarter and all of the first and second overtimes. Four of those points came from a dunk that sent it to overtime and then a game-winner in second overtime. The Cavs would go on to beat the Pistons in Game 6 to clinch their first-ever trip to the NBA Finals.
