1. 2003 – LeBron James, Cavs

Speaking of one of the best to ever play… LeBron changed his hometown team forever when he joined the Cavs in 2003. Sure, he left them for a bit in the middle of his career and might leave again soon, but he did lead them on an incredible championship run in 2016 and has taken some decent Cavs teams to the Finals. The expectations he faced since his high school days have been immense and he’s surpassed all of them.
