1. Patrick Ewing
Ewing spent the first 15 years of his Hall of Fame career as the face of the Knicks after the team took him No. 1 overall in the 1985 NBA Draft. He was named Rookie of the Year in 1984-85, was a 11-time All-Star, seven-time All-NBA, three-time All-Defensive, and is one of the greatest centers to play the game. You gotta wonder how different his career achievements would have been if there wasn’t a guy named Michael Jordan playing in the Eastern Conference for most of Ewing’s career.
