SAN ANTONIO SPURS

DEJOUNTE MURRAY, MOST IMPROVED PLAYER

Following the 2014 Finals MVP’s exit from the team, Dejounte Murray enters 2018-19 with high expectations to help take over the void he left behind. Murray will be given every chance to prove himself as the Spurs’ full-time starting point guard, a role he took over last season with mixed results. The Washington product averaged 8.1 rebounds and 5.7 rebounds in his second year, and used his insane length and decent athleticism to make a strong two-way impact for San Antonio.
