Ralph Sampson (Spain, Hong Kong)
Three knee injuries cut the career of the four-time All-Star short. After being waived by the Bullets in 1991, he attempted a comeback in Spain with Unicaja, but that didn’t last long. Eight games, to be precise. He followed that up with a stint as a player-coach in Hong Kong of all places.
