With six days to go until the trade deadline, rumors around the league are heating up.
Earlier today, the Clippers and Blazers agreed to a five-player deal, while at the same time, according to Shams Charania, the Brooklyn Nets are now open to trading James Harden. Per the same report, the Philadelphia 76ers are expected to pursue the 32-year old superstar.
Thus, with all rumors circling the online basketball world, NBA Twitter had a whole lot of reactions.
The Nets are open to trading James Harden?
Good. They should be.

Maxey being carried out of Wells Fargo Center on KD and Simmons' shoulders after hitting the series-winning shot against the 76ers in the East Finals. Doc says he doesnt know that question or the answer right now when asked if Harden can be the point guard of a championship team.

What's ironic is both Harden and Simmons are both more talented than than the general public perceives them to be right now.

If James Harden has played his last game as a member of the Brooklyn Nets, the Big Three of Harden, Kevin Durant, and Kyrie Irving will have only played 16 games across two seasons together.

Since I wrote this…
1. 6-game Nets losing streak
2. Harden’s hammy hurts
3. Harden’s hand hurts
4. Harden looked more checked out in the 4-pt / 2-11 game than he did those last few Houston games
5. We’ve seen this routine beforeA HARDEN TRADE NO LONGER SEEMS LUDICROUS https://t.co/7xTTATJyBo

Nets moved heaven on earth to get Harden. It took Harden a year to want out.
What a mess.

Joel Embiid and James Harden would dominate, the free throw line with all due respect

My respect for James Harden is at an all-time low if this is all true. You force a trade to Brooklyn, get everything you want and then when a few bumps in the road come up you quit?
Absolutely sad.
