Keith Smith: Per league sources: The Oklahoma City Thunder have signed Antonius Cleveland. Cleveland fills the roster spot that was opened up when the Thunder waived Zylan Cheatham.
How the roster rules impact the Mavericks: The Mavericks can put Cleveland and Reaves on the playoff roster to replace Brunson and Powell. Despite having three players lost for the season, Dallas is not allowed to sign a replacement unless someone on the roster is waived.
