The Celtics are not expected to sign forward Coty Clarke for the remainder of the season after his second 10-day contract expires on Sunday, according to a league source. Entering Saturday night’s game against the Suns, Clarke, a 6-foot-7-inch forward, had played a total of six minutes over three games. He made both of his 3-point attempts and grabbed one rebound.
