On Friday, November 18, the San Antonio Spurs announced that TelevisaUnivision will be the team’s Spanish-language broadcast partner for the rest of the 2022-23 season, according to a news release. During the season, a select number of basketball games will be played on UNIMAS 17. This move makes the Spurs the “only team in the NBA to have a dedicated Spanish-language television broadcast partner.”

Former Spurs player Fabricio Oberto will join the broadcast crew as the lead analyst with play-by-play announcer Paul Castro.
