A former NBA player residing in Jefferson Parish man is suing a sports management agency for allegedly withholding contract fees he was to receive as part of his association with a current NBA player. Randy Livingston filed suit against Impact Sports Basketball, LLC, Mitchell Frankel, Brian S. Elfus and Michael B. Siegel in the 24th Judicial District Court on Oct. 26. Livingston claims that in 2006 he entered into a contract with Impact Sports Basketball to handle negotiations, marketing and other related matters for Tyrus Thomas and other clients.
