More on Danny Green Injury

Kyle Anderson (left MCL sprain), Pau Gasol (rest), Manu Ginobili (rest), Kawhi Leonard (right quadriceps tendinopathy) and Tony Parker (return from injury management) are out for Saturday's game at Phoenix. Danny Green (tightness, left groin) is questionable.
Paul Garcia: Earlier the Spurs announced Danny Green and Joffrey Lauvergne have been upgraded to questionable for Tuesday’s game at Dallas. Kawhi, Parker and White all remain OUT.
Jeff McDonald: Danny Green (quad contusion) is back on the floor tonight in Portland. Gives Spurs their full starting five for first time since March 31.
Paul Garcia: Pop says Dejounte Murray might be able to play Monday and/or Wednesday. Green is ok, the Spurs just want to be very cautious with him.
Although Danny Green said he is ready to play in Wednesday night’s outing against the Kings, Spurs coach Gregg Popovich suggested the shooting guard’s status would be a game-time decision. Asked if Green was good to go after the Spurs listed him as questionable with a sore groin, Popovich said, “I think so, but I’m not sure yet.” Popovich kept Green on the bench for the second half of Monday’s win over Miami after he suffered the injury in the first half.
Paul Garcia: Spurs announce Danny Green will make his season debut tonight vs the Rockets, but Tony Parker is still out. SA starters yet to play together
Danny Green’s quest to bounce back from last season’s sub-par shooting performance has been put on hold due to a minor injury. A bruised left thigh forced the Spurs’ starting shooting guard to sit out the first training camp practice Tuesday morning and also an evening session. Green suffered the injury during open-gym workouts last week, a team spokesman said. Although it’s not considered serious, the ailment is expected to sideline him for a few days.
