The series slipped away after a Game 1 loss in which the Raptors coughed up a 10-point lead in the fourth quarter, missed multiple potential winning baskets, and lost 113-112 in overtime. “This is probably the toughest, most frustrating, difficult, lowest feeling I’ve had,” DeMar DeRozan said Tuesday. “You get to that point where you’re standing firm through everything and you feel like you can’t get knocked down again, and you realize you do get knocked back down again. Brandon Ingram, Rajon Rondo and Chris Paul were all ejected during the fourth quarter of Saturday’s Rockets-Lakers contest after an altercation featured players swinging and shoving. Ingram was seen shoving James Harden during a dead ball, then proceeded to get in the face of an official after receiving a technical. Moments later Paul stuck a finger in the face of Rondo and the two began throwing punches. During the scrum, Ingram came flying in to throw a punch at Paul.
