Golden State Warriors forward Andre Iguodala recently got a second opinion on his injured left knee and is still trying to figure out what's wrong, league sources told ESPN. The Warriors are officially labeling the injury a left lateral leg contusion.
The 6-foot-7 swingman plans to search for a remedy in the coming days, sources said, and his status for Game 1 of the NBA Finals against the Cleveland Cavaliers is unknown. Iguodala, the 2015 Finals MVP, has missed the past four games after bumping knees with Houston Rockets All-Star James Harden in Game 3 of the Western Conference finals.

Ramona Shelburne: From what I understand, the bruise on Iguodala's knee is actually slightly below his kneecap. One Warriors source I spoke to said there was optimism he'd be upgraded. But obviously they didn't expect it to get worse overnight so best not to guess until X-rays come back.
