Boston Celtics guard Jabari Bird faces new charges in connection with his domestic violence case. According to court documents, the 24-year-old pleaded not guilty to charges of witness intimidation and a threat to commit a crime at his arraignment in Brighton Municipal Court today. These charges stem from the original arrest, and are not new allegations. Bird was released on his previously posted $50,000 bail. He already faces assault, strangulation, and kidnapping for the September incident in which he is accused of strangling his girlfriend more than a dozen times in his home.
