Scott Agness: The Pacers waived C.J. Wilcox (torn right Achilles) and signed 6-6 guard Davon Reed to a two-way contract. He was a final camp cut by the Suns. They have 17 players under contract, including two two-way deals.
Adrian Wojnarowski: Guard Davon Reed is planning to sign a two-way deal with Indiana, league sources tell ESPN. Reed was waived on a guaranteed contract with the Suns and still needs to clear waivers today. Reed was the 32nd pick in 2017 Draft out of Miami.
Phoenix will incur a $1.4M cap hit this season with the waiver of Davon Reed. Any team interested in claiming the former second round pick must have cap space or a trade exception.
