Have there been any NBA teams that have shown interest in you? It was reported that a couple of teams were considering you as an option on a two-way contract. Rokas Giedraitis: I don’t know. When I got this two-way contract offer, I was thinking that it’s unbelievable because it’s from NBA teams, but at the time, I was 26 and was thinking that it was better to play some more basketball in Europe.

Warriors benching James Wiseman against Minnesota

Connor Letourneau: Kerr is going to start Looney instead of Wiseman tonight at center. “Basically you’ve heard me all year talk about trying to establish ourselves as a defensive team, and the last two games have been disappointing,” Kerr said. “The hope is we can get off to a better start.”
Nick Friedell: Kerr said he spoke to Wiseman and the rookie handled it well. “He understands this is not a demotion by any means … I’m very confident this will be a good part of his development.” Kerr said Wiseman will come in off the bench where Looney did.

Dane Moore: Steve Kerr described the Warriors acquisition and then departure of D’Angelo Russell as “a story of how the NBA works” — from being the other half of a complicated sign-and-trade for Kevin Durant to becoming a valuable asset that became some draft picks.
Dane Moore: D’Angelo Russell will not play tonight against Golden State (right quad contusion), says Ryan Saunders

Andrew Lopez: Sources tell @Adrian Wojnarowski and me that the issue with the postponement in the Spurs-Pelicans game is with a potential coronavirus exposure to a non-team member of the traveling parties of both teams in recent days. The NBA is taking extra precautions with these situations.

Joe Mussatto: Mark Daigneault on George Hill’s right thumb sprain: “The X-rays were negative. It’s just a matter of getting the ability to grip the basketball back. It’s on his shooting hand. They’re just taking it day-by-day. He was evaluated this morning to see if he could play tonight.”
