Malika Andrews: Sterling Brown — who has been starting in place of injured Malcolm Brogdon — is listed as probable tonight against the Celtics with back soreness. He was getting extra treatment on his back after Game 1.

Guard Sterling Brown returned to practice Friday after missing much of training camp with a nagging left hamstring injury. "Just trying to take precautions, trying to get back ready so I don’t mess it up anymore," Brown said.

Law Murray: 113-90 Clippers win in Charlotte means that Phoenix won’t be clinching the division tonight. Clippers in Houston tomorrow. They’re done with the Eastern Conference… unless they win the Western Conference Finals.

Last week, The Post reported that Webber’s return for next year was very much in question. There had been no contract negotiations. There was a feeling that TNT did not want him back and maybe he didn’t want to return.
