Par-Lay Sports & Entertainment, the agency founded by Christian Dawkins, the former runner at the center of the college basketball scandal, has formed a joint venture with veteran NBA agent Wallace Prather and has signed G League power forward Isaiah Todd for representation in the NBA draft. Todd, who is 6 feet, 10 inches tall, is one of several players on the G League’s Ignite, a special team for young talented basketball players who decided to forgo college and who are expected to be drafted this July. He is viewed as a late first-round or early second-round prospect and was ranked No. 38 overall on website nbadraft.net’s mock draft last week. Prather and Steve Haney, Dawkins’ attorney, who recently became a National Basketball Players Association-certified agent, are representing Todd.

CAA Sports has signed NBA G League Ignite combo guard Jalen Green, one of the most anticipated NBA draft prospects in years, for representation in all areas. Green could be the most high-profile player to come out of the G League’s enhanced program for elite prospects. Veteran agent Jerome Stanley is joining Independent Sports & Entertainment, where he will co-represent his son, Duke guard Cassius Stanley, for the NBA draft this fall. Jerome Stanley, who ran his own firm and mainly represented NFL players in his career, will co-represent Cassius Stanley with David Bauman, ISE Basketball COO, general counsel of ISE and a veteran NBA player agent.
ISE is also representing Killian Hayes, a France native who plays guard for the Ratiopharm Ulm team in the Basketball Bundesliga league and is a projected lottery pick. Bauman and agent Yann Balikouzou are representing Hayes. The NBA draft will be held Oct. 16, and Cassius Stanley is projected to go anywhere from the middle first round to early second round, based on mock drafts. Bauman thinks Cassius is a first-round pick. “I believe Cassius’ combination of athleticism, dunking ability, basketball IQ and his excellent personality will lead him to become a future NBA All-Star,” Bauman said.

Tandem Sports + Entertainment has signed Northwestern guard Pat Spencer for representation in the NBA draft. Matt Laczkowski, Tandem director of athlete and talent representation, is representing Spencer, who transferred to Northwestern after playing lacrosse for four seasons at Loyola-Maryland. Spencer was drafted No. 1 in the 2019 Premier Lacrosse League draft, but chose to spend the next year pursuing basketball as a graduate transfer at Northwestern.

Former Kentucky forward Kahlil Whitney has signed with Versus Management Team, he announced Tuesday. Whitney left the program in late January after averaging just 3.3 points and 1.7 rebounds in 12.8 minutes per game.
Indiana guard Devonté Green announced via social media that he will be pursuing the NBA and signed with Roc Nation Sports for representation. Green who scored 954 points during his tenure with the Hoosiers, stated that he will begin his preparation for the 2020 NBA Draft. The signing does not come as a surprise as Green’s older brother, Danny Green of the Los Angeles Lakers is also represented by Roc Nation.
Evan Daniels: Washington forward Jaden McDaniels is bypassing his remaining college eligibility and signing with Nima Namakian of BDA Sports for his professional representation, a source tells @247Sports. Averaged 13 PPG and 5.8 RPG this past season.

The NBA Draft is slowly approaching and Lamar Stevens has made his decision regarding his representation. Stevens has signed with Rize Management, according to CEO and founder Scott Nichols, as he continues his push to be drafted once June arrives.

A league source told Heavy.com that the agent Wiseman is expected to sign with is veteran Jeff Schwartz of Excel Sports, whose client list includes Blake Griffin, Kemba Walker, Khris Middleton, Kevin Love, C.J. McCollum, Nikola Jokic and Andre Drummond.

Sean Deveney: Sources say CAA is getting closer to signing presumed No. 1 pick Zion Williamson. Still not a done deal but that's the way signs are pointing. Williamson is in the rare position of not having an agent three weeks before the draft.
As long as Zion Williamson has an agent in in place by the week of the draft, there will be time for him to hammer out all the details of his NBA transition. Still, it is an odd thing that he is without an agent at this point. Sources told Sporting News that the reason behind the delayed process goes back to Williamson's advisor, former NBA agent Chubby Wells.
Wells had been an Atlanta-area NBA agent going back more than a decade, representing players like Dale Davis and Ramon Sessions. But his certification with the NBPA lapsed. Through his friend Anderson, Wells got involved with Williamson's AAU team, SC Supreme, and the plan had been to have him recertify as an agent and represent Williamson. But when that plan fell through this spring, Williamson did not have an official agent and top agencies across the country piled into the process. Among those were Creative Artists Agency, Roc Nation, Klutch Sports and BDA Sports.
Bryan Kalbrosky: Oregon's Kenny Wooten (two-time Pac-12 All-Defense) and UCLA's Moses Brown (Pac-12 All-Freshman) have signed with First Picks Sports and will be represented by Mitchell Butler and Toby Bailey, per source. For context: The two agents both played basketball at UCLA and in the NBA.
Dylan Windler now travels to Chicago, where he is staying ahead of the draft to train with fellow clients of Priority Sports & Entertainment and agent Mark Bartelstein. He will then visit with the Utah Jazz, Philadelphia 76ers, Brooklyn Nets and Boston Celtics.
Gary Woelfel: Michigan SG Jordan Poole (Milw Rufus King) will stay in draft and be repped by CAA, whose many clients include Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer.
“Zion is meeting with agents,” Nichols said. “Who are some of the finalists?” “It’s the big agencies that have a chance at him,” Windhorst replied. “Roc Nation, CAA and Klutch Sports is in there.”

According to one NBA source, Williamson has yet to select an agent, a decision that seems inevitable before he signs a lucrative shoe deal. For now, Williamson is surrounded by his mother and stepfather, who have deftly guided him through every step of his journey. Sharonda Sampson and Lee Anderson have quietly helped create the phenomenon, even electing not to do interviews during Williamson’s year at Duke. Most important, Wiggins says, they’ll still be there to help Williamson select an agent. “I’ve got great parents, great siblings, a great circle that care for me and would do anything for me, protect me,” Wiggins says. “That’s the main thing, having a good circle around you.”
Jordan Nwora is the Louisville player who has drawn the most attention and hype as an NBA draft prospect, mostly due to the massive improvement in his sophomore campaign. His father, Alex Nwora, told the Courier Journal that Nwora signed with agent Bill Duffy of BDA Sports Management.
