Ky Carlin: Seth Curry, Tobias Harris, and Danny Green are all questionable for tomorrow’s matchup with the Warriors Joel Embiid remains out with hopes of him returning on Saturday Ben Simmons remains out #Sixers

More on Danny Green Injury

Noah Levick: Danny Green (left hamstring tightness) is listed as out for Sixers-Jazz tomorrow night. Joel Embiid and Matisse Thybulle (health and safety protocols) also remain out, along with Ben Simmons (personal reasons) and Grant Riller (left knee injury recovery).
Kyle Neubeck: Rivers says the Sixers sent Danny Green home to Philadelphia so he could get treatment from their doctors, but wants to have him around as soon as possible because of everything he brings off the floor and as a leader and teammate. “We’re going to bring him right back”
Rich Hoffman: Doc Rivers didn't have any official word on Danny Green, but offered this: "Just my doctor's degree, I would tell you calf injuries aren't great."
Harrison Faigen: Frank Vogel says that Danny Green "has some tightness in his hip" but says it's "not an injury" and that Green is still "good to go." He says the training staff is just trying to keep it loose, and isn't sure if it's affecting Green's play, if at all.
Ohm Youngmisuk: Asked about his hip, Danny Green said he will warm up tonight and see how he feels but sounded like he’s playing. “I’m not worried about my body. I’ll worry when it’s over... We’ll see tonight how it goes.”
Tim Bontemps: Kyle Lowry won’t play tonight against the Lakers because of a sore ankle. Danny Green will. Jeremy Lin will start in Lowry’s place.
Michael Grange: Danny Green will play tonight vs. Dallas after getting his left hand evaluated Saturday
Eric Smith: Danny Green not at practice. Went for imaging on his left hand. Sounds like the team is optimistic about the results. TBD though. Status for tomorrow uncertain.
Toronto Raptors guard Danny Green empathized with Kawhi Leonard desiring a second opinion on his injured quadriceps, after learning recently during an exit physical in San Antonio that he had been playing with a torn groin that went undetected by the Spurs.
Green suffered the injury Dec. 8 against the Boston Celtics. "I get an MRI the next day," Green said. "[It says] slight strain, take a couple weeks off. So we do the rehab, do everything we're supposed to do. After some time, it healed. I tried to play again. Certain days, I'd have bad days. Some days would be good. I'd feel it. My agent [Joe Branch said], 'Maybe we should get a second opinion.' I didn't want to because I have full faith and believe in the Spurs' staff. They've always been great to me. They've always done right by me. They've always done a hell of a job."
Jabari Young: Danny Green (illness) will not be on the bench tonight. Headed back to team hotel to rest. #Spurs staying over in Denver ...will fly to Cleveland in the morning.
Jeff McDonald: Pop says Kawhi Leonard, Tony Parker and Danny Green are expected to play tonight against Denver, unless something goes awry with warm-ups.
Tom Orsborn: #Spurs have downgraded Tony Parker (sprained right ankle) from doubtful to out for tonight's game vs. Lakers. Danny Green (tightness, left groin) is also out after being downgraded from questionable. Kawhi Leonard (left shoulder strain) and Rudy Gay (right heel bursitis) were ruled out Wednesday.
Tom Orsborn: Leonard (shoulder) has been ruled out for tomorrow vs. Lakers, #Spurs say. It will be his 3rd straight game missed w/ that injury. Also, Parker (sprained right ankle) is doubtful, Gay (heel) is out and Green (groin) is questionable).
Paul Garcia: The Spurs announced Rudy Gay and Danny Green are OUT Friday vs Phoenix. Kawhi isn’t on the injury report, so he’s expected to play.
Tom Orsborn: Parker and Leonard will sit out Wednesday night's game at Portland due to their injury management programs, according to the #Spurs injury report. On the bright side for the club, Anderson (left MCL sprain) and Green (tightness, left groin) are probable.
Michael C. Wright: Danny Green (tightness, left groin) is out for Monday against the Clippers. Kyle Anderson (left MCL sprain) remains out.
Tom Orsborn: In the strongest signal yet that Kawhi Leonard will make his return Tuesday night in Dallas, the just-released Spurs injury report lists him as PROBABLE for the game. Same for Danny Green, who missed the Phoenix game Saturday with a groin injury. #Spurs
Kyle Anderson (left MCL sprain), Pau Gasol (rest), Manu Ginobili (rest), Kawhi Leonard (right quadriceps tendinopathy) and Tony Parker (return from injury management) are out for Saturday's game at Phoenix. Danny Green (tightness, left groin) is questionable.
Paul Garcia: Earlier the Spurs announced Danny Green and Joffrey Lauvergne have been upgraded to questionable for Tuesday’s game at Dallas. Kawhi, Parker and White all remain OUT.
Jeff McDonald: Danny Green (quad contusion) is back on the floor tonight in Portland. Gives Spurs their full starting five for first time since March 31.
Paul Garcia: Pop says Dejounte Murray might be able to play Monday and/or Wednesday. Green is ok, the Spurs just want to be very cautious with him.
Although Danny Green said he is ready to play in Wednesday night’s outing against the Kings, Spurs coach Gregg Popovich suggested the shooting guard’s status would be a game-time decision. Asked if Green was good to go after the Spurs listed him as questionable with a sore groin, Popovich said, “I think so, but I’m not sure yet.” Popovich kept Green on the bench for the second half of Monday’s win over Miami after he suffered the injury in the first half.
Paul Garcia: Spurs announce Danny Green will make his season debut tonight vs the Rockets, but Tony Parker is still out. SA starters yet to play together
Danny Green’s quest to bounce back from last season’s sub-par shooting performance has been put on hold due to a minor injury. A bruised left thigh forced the Spurs’ starting shooting guard to sit out the first training camp practice Tuesday morning and also an evening session. Green suffered the injury during open-gym workouts last week, a team spokesman said. Although it’s not considered serious, the ailment is expected to sideline him for a few days.

Brian Windhorst on Kevin Durant: 'Phoenix is the place he wants to go'

Kevin Durant appears to have the Phoenix Suns atop his wish list following his trade request from the Brooklyn Nets. “Phoenix is the place he wants to go, I feel reasonably confident of that,” said Brian Windhorst on his podcast. “I think Miami is second. What I’m not confident over is that Phoenix is going to be able to give Brooklyn what they want. And I’m also not confident in what Brooklyn is going to prioritize.”
Tim Bontemps interjected that he expects Durant to end up with the Suns. “If you look at these trade, there’s a nexus point between what the player wants and the team wants,” said Bontemps. “Kevin Durant would like to play for the Suns. We can all agree on that. The Phoenix Suns also have a lot of stuff the Brooklyn Nets would want. They’re not going to get Devin Booker in this trade, but they’ve got Mikal Bridges, they’ve got Deandre Ayton they can put in a sign-and-trade, and they have Cam Johnson.”
