A former NBA player sold his waterfront North Palm Beach home for $7.5 million. Tayshaun Prince and his wife, Farah, sold their house at 796 Harbour Isles Court to Las Vegas-based Tequila Little Time LLC, records show.
Prince and his wife bought the house in September 2014 from John and Emmi Mieras for $3.1 million. In January 2015, they contracted with Philip E. Johnson for interior and exterior remodeling, records show. Built in 2002, the 6,595-square-foot home sits on one-third of an acre, according to property records.
Eric Woodyard: Kyle Kuzma surprised his mom with a new house.
A former Orlando Magic player who recently bought a shopping center has just flipped it for a profit. Victor Oladipo's VO Spv Real Estate LLC sold Metro Station at 2252 S. Kirkman Road on Dec. 20 to Aventura-based Shaked 25 LLC for $8.33 million, according to Orange County property records. Oladipo purchased the property in June 2021 for $7.6 million, netting a roughly $800,000 profit within six months.
Oladipo had another local property sell recently. On Dec. 3, he sold his Orlando home at 9221 Bayway Drive for $1.6 million. The 5,322-square-foot custom home includes six bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, as well as a shoe room connected to the master bedroom with space for over 450 pairs of sneakers.
A Sixers team official confirmed with Action News that the home of point guard Tyrese Maxey caught fire Friday night in Voorhees, New Jersey. The incident happened around 7 p.m. on the first block of Fairway Drive.
Everyone was reported safe, and the team is working with Maxey to make sure he and his family have everything they need. At this time, there are no reported injures, and the cause of the fire remains unknown.
Former Miami Heat player Meyers Leonard, who was traded from the team earlier this year, sold his waterfront Bay Point home for $11 million. Leonard and his wife, Elle Leonard, owned the home at 741 Buttonwood Lane for a year. They paid nearly $7.8 million for the property last December, which means they flipped it for 41 percent more than their purchase price.
Kemba Walker’s Brookline mansion has sold months after the Boston Celtics traded the All-Star point guard to the Oklahoma City Thunder. The 9,592-square-foot Brookline mansion at 37 Sears Road closed for an undisclosed sum on Oct. 26, according to filings made public this week with the Norfolk County Registry District of the Land Court and in an Instagram post from Newbrook Realty founder Samantha Stumpo, who has now sold the home twice.
Admiral Capital Group, a New York-based real estate investment firm co-founded by NBA Hall of Famer David Robinson, has made another office buy in North Texas. Admiral Capital has been acquiring properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth area since 2019. The investor’s latest purchase is an almost 200,000-square-foot office campus in Plano. The Apex building is at 3033 W. Bush Turnpike near Independence Parkway.
The former NBA star JJ Redick has tossed his baller Brooklyn apartment onto the market. He and his wife, Chelsea Redick, are asking $8.5 million for the duplex, the Wall Street Journal first reported. The couple purchased the newly developed penthouse in 2017 for $6,083,005, according to Realtor.com®.
NBA Basketball Hall of Famer Tracy McGrady does not yet have a buyer for his $8M Sugar Land estate after nearly three months. Clevell Harris of CA Modern Realty, the listing agent for the home, declined to comment on Monday.
Spanning two acres on a golf course corner lot, the property at 23 Beacon Hill has a main house and a guesthouse that amount to nearly 24,000 square feet, making it the largest estate located within Sugar Land’s prestigious gated community, Sweetwater Estates, according to the listing.
Following a slam dunk win against Bayside Council after it blocked his $4.7 million redevelopment of his beachfront home, retired basketball star Andrew Bogut and wife Jessica are going to sell the two-block property. The existing house, which was to make way for the proposed palace on Beach Road at Beaumaris, has been empty for years, but has recently been “styled” and is now full of trendy furniture ahead of an imminent major sales campaign.
Bogut’s fight to build a forever family home has taken years. In March, all five councillors on the Bayside Council’s planning committee voted against giving the development a permit, against the advice of planning officers who approved it. But in October, Victoria’s Civil and Administrative Tribunal overruled the council and approved the proposal for the four-bedroom mansion with a swimming pool, gym, sauna, massage room, roof terrace and, of course, half-size basketball court.
A Potomac house owned by former Washington Wizards star John Wall is on the market for $4.25 million. Amid more drama with the Philadelphia 76ers, embattled NBA guard Ben Simmons has listed his New Jersey mansion for $4.9 million, leading most to continue their belief that his relationship with the team is kaput.
NBA player Tim Hardaway Jr. has sold his waterfront home in the gated community of Normandy Isle in Miami Beach, Florida, for $6.75 million, netting more than $2 million in profit in two years. The 5,239-square-foot house was listed for $7 million in July with Isaac Malagon of Empire Network Realty. It went into contract in just over 10 days and the transaction closed last week, listing records show.
Hoops star James Johnson, who just signed with the Brooklyn Nets, has also signed a lease to rent a Tribeca pad at 57 Reade St. Johnson, 34, is a 12-year NBA veteran. “He toured the apartment in late September and signed the lease in early October. He loves the layout and the location,” a source close to the deal told Gimme. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo was asking $16,500 a month to rent.
Last week, Los Angeles Lakers co-owner Jesse Buss put his Los Angeles mansion on the market for about $10.9 million. According to Jennifer Beron of Compass, the exact listing price is $10.950 million. For the best part, 17-time All-Star LeBron James lives nearby. In fact, James is his neighbor. The three-story mansion has a fancy underground pool, home theater, nine bathrooms, six bedrooms and a nice gymnasium. In addition to the aforementioned features, Buss also has a wine cellar and bar. Furthermore, Buss bought the property back in 2018.
Keith Pompey: As expected, Ben Simmons just put his Moorestown house on the market, according to sources.
After just four days on the market, Victor Oladipo’s Orlando, FL, home has found a buyer. The Miami Heat shooting guard scored a quick sale of the property, complete with its over-the-top shoe closet. On the market for $1.8 million, the custom home is currently in pending sale status. The two-time All-Star purchased the luxury residence in 2016 for $1,274,000, after being drafted by the Orlando Magic.
The waterfront estate once owned by former Miami Heat star Chris Bosh is on the market for $42 million. The fully renovated 11,709-square-foot mansion is the only move-in-ready residence available on the prestigious North Bay Road in Miami Beach. Celebrity neighbors include Cindy Crawford, Rande Gerber, Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner.
In what could be another sign that Ben Simmons is serious about not returning to the Philadelphia area, the 76ers point guard put one of his residences up for sale and according to sources discussed the possibility of selling the other one. His place at The Ritz-Carlton Residences of Philadelphia was listed on Sunday for $3.1 million.
Sources added if he decides to sell his Moorestown home he could list for $4.9 million. He paid around $2.275 million for the South Jersey home that needed some work. Simmons purchased his place at the Ritz for $2.54 million in 2018.
The Sixers withheld $8.25 million of his salary Friday and placed the payment in an escrow account. Sources have said that was an option as the Sixers looked to ensure any fines for his training camp no-show and games missed could be deducted from that account moving forward.
Former NBA player and Detroit native Chris Webber broke ground on a $50 million facility cannabis facility in Detroit’s Corktown neighborhood Tuesday morning. The facility will be known as Players Only Holdings and will focus on real estate development, cannabis cultivation, brand partnerships, and creative content development and management.
After being passed from NBA player to NBA player, this Woodland Hills home just traded hands for the third time in three years — this time for $3.7 million. The seller was NBA big man Thomas Bryant, who bought it from his former teammate Jordan Clarkson for $3.25 million last summer. The pair played for the Lakers together during the 2017-18 season.
For whatever reason, Woodland Hills has become a regular landing spot for NBA players. Recent residents of the San Fernando Valley neighborhood include Caron Butler, Kenyon Martin and Chris Paul, who sold his Mediterranean-style estate with a basketball court for $1.95 million in 2018.
The New York Knicks’ Evan Fournier is no longer a player in Orlando’s housing market. The former Orlando Magic player on Sept. 1 sold his Winter Park home at 1711 Via Tuscany for $2.7 million, according to documents filed with Orange County Sept. 2. According to Orange County Property Appraiser records, that was the last Orange County property owned by Fournier, who was traded by the Magic to the Boston Celtics in March.
The home drew a purchase price 17% higher than it originally cost, as Fournier and his wife Laura Kebe bought the home for $2.3 million in 2016. Of course, the median home price in Central Florida’s hot housing market shot up 55% from July 2016 to July 2021, according to the Orlando Regional Realtor Association. This is the second Central Florida home Fournier sold since January. In February, he sold a 6,384-square-foot Winter Park home to fellow NBA player Courtney Lee for $3.05 million.
Fresh off signing a four-year deal with the Houston Rockets worth $36 million, former Celtic Daniel Theis wrapped up business in Boston by selling his custom Colonial-style home for $2.21 million. It’s a nice return for the German-born big man, who paid $1.8 million for it last year, a few months after re-signing with the Celtics in 2019.
Former NBA star Andrew Bogut has made the most of his time in lockdown in Melbourne, selling his Concord house on the quiet for $4.1 million. This is the renovated Californian bungalow Bogut and his wife Jessica listed in June last year after he quit the Sydney Kings having moved to Melbourne.
The Boguts purchased the house opposite Henley Park in almost new condition in 2018 for $3.5 million – no finance required – after they returned to live in Australia after almost 20 years playing in the United States.
Last month's promotion with a short-term rental company may have succeeded in finding a buyer for the former Highland Park home of NBA Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen. Pippen purchased the nearly 2.7 estate new in 2004 for $2.225 million. It sits on a 2.7 parcel on Old Mill Road adjacent to wooded park district property and the Skokie River.
Bill Russell, the most decorated player in NBA history, is selling his longtime home on Mercer Island. Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty Managing broker Eddie Chang has the $2.6 million listing. Russell has lived in the house for almost 50 years.
“I was offered the head coaching job with the Sonics in 1974. When I took the job I was a single parent and chose Mercer Island because it had the best schools in the Pacific Northwest,” Russell told the Business Journal by email. “The house was not built for me. I was actually looking at the house next door, but it was not private enough. I not only purchased this house but the two lots above me for the added privacy, and a number of years ago sold them but still maintained my privacy here at the house.”
Russell won 11 NBA titles in his 13 seasons with the Boston Celtics. He became the first Black coach of a major professional team in America when he was named the player-coach of the Celtics in 1966. “I have left behind my trophy case and an autographed ball for the next owner, and I hope they enjoy the home as much as I have over the last almost 50 years,” he said.
The San Antonio Spurs, in partnership with other investors, plan to transform nearly 50 acres near Six Flags Fiesta into the Human Performance Campus, which will include new training facilities for the NBA team, as well as a mix of medical, research, retail, office and park development.
The landmark project will cost approximately $510 million to construct and could temper concerns that the city’s lone major league sports franchise is a target for relocation, while also positioning San Antonio as a major hub for sports- and performance-related science and medicine. “For many years we have been working on this project,” said R.C. Buford, CEO of Spurs Sports & Entertainment.
The Brooklyn Park City Council gave the green light to Devean George’s nonprofit, Building Blocks, to build an 83-unit, five-story apartment building at 7621 Brooklyn Boulevard North. The building would also have space for a restaurant and retail on the bottom level, and 20 percent of the units would be affordable.
Kevin Durant still has off-season love for Southern California, it would seem. Two summers ago, the perennial All-Star bounced out of his oceanfront Malibu villa, selling the $12.2 million house to “CSI” television franchise creator Anthony Zuiker. A professional move from the NBA’s Golden State Warriors to the Brooklyn Nets soon followed. But now Durant is back, and the 32-year-old holds the keys to a $15.6 million mansion in Hidden Hills, a celebrity-packed guard-gated city in L.A.’s San Fernando Valley.
Built this year by a local developer on speculation, the house was pre-sold to Durant prior to its completion, and was never on the market — so details remain exceptionally slim. But the two-story mansion is large, probably around 10,000 square feet, and was designed in the trendy modern farmhouse architectural style. Sited near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on a 1.8-acre lot, the spacious property is a literal stone’s throw from the $17.5 million mansion of fellow NBA star Ben Simmons.
Retired lawyer Donald Schupak, best known for negotiating the ABA/NBA merger in 1976, put his Upper East Side pad back on the market — for $21 million. He first listed his home for $30 million back in 2015.
At 6 feet, 7 inches tall, New Orleans Pelicans superstar Zion Williamson doesn’t often get rejected at the basketball goal. But it was a different story this week when he and his family faced off with the city’s Historic District Landmarks Commission, which swatted away their plan to add a home theater, a workout space and other rooms on top of a 233-year-old Garden District mansion they bought last year.
HDLC approval was required because adding a level to the First Street house would have required the removal of 62% of the home’s existing roof, and part of the addition would have been visible from the street. At a virtual hearing Wednesday, the HDLC unanimously dunked the request after expressing concern about the “precedent” it would set for other properties in the historic district, home to some of the grandest houses in New Orleans.
Kevin Garnett just sold his massive Malibu property for $16 million bucks ... but the lucky buyer is gonna be shelling out even more dough -- 'cause the house isn't even finished!!! TMZ Sports has learned ... the NBA Hall of Famer purchased the estate when he was with the Minnesota Timberwolves in 2003, but decided to start a massive renovation project in 2013.

Danny Ainge is moving on from the Celtics — and he’s apparently moving on from Massachusetts as well. The former Celtics president of basketball ops. has listed his home in Wellesley. You can own the home of a two-time NBA champion player and one-time champion executive for the cool price of $4.5 million.
Former Orlando Magic player Victor Oladipo has bought a shopping center in MetroWest as retail real estate remains hot in Central Florida. Oladipo's VO Spv Real Estate LLC spent $7.6 million to buy Metro Station at 2252 S. Kirkman Road on June 7, Orange County records showed. Metro Station Shopping Center LLC was the seller.
After selling their luxury Miami Beach, FL, condo on the exclusive Fisher Island for $16.25 million in February, the tennis great Caroline Wozniacki and the former NBA All-Star David Lee have made another move. However, the athletic couple didn’t venture too far afield. Instead, they snapped up the last unit in the same high-end building for $18.7 million. Their latest purchase in the Palazzo Del Sol is a penthouse, which spans 6,644 square feet and features four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a rooftop oasis.
Retired NBA star Dwyane Wade has sold his Miami Beach estate for $22 million, nearly two years after putting it on the market for $32.5 million. Mr. Wade bought the property in 2010 for $10.645 million and renovated it, The Wall Street Journal reported.
Miami Heat guard Victor Oladipo, a two-time All Star, purchased a mansion in Miami Beach for $7.75 million, according to a source familiar with the deal.
Paul Pierce’s Calabasas mansion — which he decked out with a bowling alley lined with Boston Celtics memorabilia and a basketball court emblazoned with the team’s logo during his decade-long stay — just sold for $8.7 million. Records show the retired basketball star paid $6.5 million for the home in 2009 a year after he won an NBA title with the Celtics along with Finals MVP honors.
Milwaukee Bucks head coach Mike Budenholzer has purchased a condominium unit in the Historic Third Ward for $1.1 million, according to state records. Budenholzer bought a bi-level condo on the top floor of the Marine Terminal Lofts, at 311 E. Erie St. The 3,043-square-foot, three-bedroom unit features a large outdoor deck, a foyer opening to an “entertaining nirvana,” and exotic Tigerwood floors, according to online listings.
Basketball legend Shaquille “Shaq” O’Neal is finally looking for a slam-dunk sale of his central Florida estate. And to sweeten the deal for a new owner, the 30,000-plus-square-foot spread has undergone a redesign — one that’s noticeably missing its previous unique touches. Located near Orlando in Windermere, the property — which O’Neal purchased for $3.95 million in 1993 and later expanded — asks $16.5 million.
In January, the 7-foot-1 O’Neal had a sale pending for the mansion, but the deal reportedly soon fell through for unclear reasons, according to the Orlando Business Journal.
With a $103 million contract under his five-time All-Star belt — plus the looming prospect of his upcoming free agency — Kawhi Leonard can afford to live anywhere he pleases. But the Rolls Royce-driving Clippers baller has chosen to splash out $17.1 million in L.A.’s sunny Pacific Palisades neighborhood, on a luxe if somewhat conservatively styled mansion atop a promontory, where the panoramic ocean views are guaranteed to wow his guests.
Of course, the 29-year-old Moreno Valley native is no stranger to big real estate splurges. Leonard still owns a sumptuous estate in the equestrian-oriented San Diego suburb of Rancho Santa Fe, Calif., acquired in 2019 for $13.3 million. And during basketball season, he bunks up in a $6.7 million condo at the ritzy Ritz Carlton Residences at L.A. Live, the skyscraper condo complex that sits high above the Staples Center, and where other moneyed residents include fellow pro basketballer Lonzo Ball, Lakers owner Jim Buss, and horror movie maestro Jason Blum.
There’s big, and then there’s DeMarcus Cousins’ house in Las Vegas. The NBA star just sold his 20,000-square-foot Sin City showplace for $7.5 million, or half a million shy of what he was asking for it last year.
Cousins, who spent most of his basketball career with the Sacramento Kings, paid $6.5 million for the vaguely Mediterranean mansion four years ago. The estate reached its peak value a year before the 2008 market crash, selling for $12 million in 2007, records show.
Michael Jordan hasn’t slam-dunked a buyer on his Illinois mansion in its nine years on the market, The Post has learned. Jordan, 58, purchased the Highland Park estate with his wife at the time, Juanita Vanoy, in 1991 for $2 million – the same year he won his first of six NBA championships with the Chicago Bulls.
Jordan initially listed the 7-acre home in 2012 for a whopping $29 million. But without any offers, the nine-bedroom, 16-bathroom abode is now on the market for $14,855,000. In 2013, one year after the property first hit the market, the price fell to $21 million. It was then relisted the same year for $16 million. Jordan has not budged on a new price since it hit $14.8 million in 2015.
Three months after being traded to the Lakers, Dennis Schroder has found a place to stay. Records show the German-born point guard just spent $4.275 million on contemporary home in Tarzana — about 20 miles from Staples Center.
The San Fernando Valley neighborhood has housed plenty of Lakers over the years including Derek Fisher and Nick Young. Schroder’s spot first hit the market last summer at $4.5 million, records show.
Selling six-time NBA All-Star Amar’e Stoudemire’s Southwest Ranches mansion was a slam dunk, as it went under contract for the full list priced after only four days on the market. Miami-raised rapper Rick Ross dropped $3.5 million in cash on the 8,675-square-foot home at 16800 Berkshire Court, in the Landmark Ranch Estates neighborhood. It was sold by Stoudemire’s Carsares Trust.
Kyle Lowry was asking $5.3 million for his Toronto home. This week, it sold firm for $5.12 million. That’s a shade less than the $5.25 million Lowry paid for the property in 2017, the same summer he signed the biggest deal of his career — a three-year contract worth $100 million to play point guard for Toronto’s NBA team.
The home, owned by KL7 Inc., a nod to Lowry’s uniform number, was put on the market about a month ago, only days before the Raptors announced they’ll play the remainder of their 72-game schedule in Tampa, Fla., where they’ve been playing “home” games at Amalie Arena since the season began in December. Currently playing out the final year of his contract, Lowry’s NBA future remains uncertain.
Wanna live like a King? You can buy the enormous Brentwood mansion LeBron James called home ... if you're willing to drop $20 mil! The NBA superstar has listed the 9,500-square-foot estate he purchased back in 2015 -- a colonial-style mansion on Rockingham Ave. And, if that street sounds familiar ... it's because of the O.J. Simpson connection. Bron's home is actually just a few blocks from the infamous Rockingham estate where O.J. lived when Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman were murdered in 1994.
The extraordinary spaciousness of Amar’e Stoudemire’s South Florida mansion is perhaps unsurprising given that its current owner stands six foot ten inches tall. But now, someone else will have the chance to live under its soaring ceilings, because the former NBA star and six-time All-Star has put the ultraprivate 2.3-acre property on the market for $3.5 million. With doorways that measure 10 feet in height, the home appears from the outside to have several levels, but in actuality, Stoudemire sought out the property more than a decade ago specifically because it’s a single-story home. “We just wanted a nice family-style home with no stairs,” his wife Alexis told Architectural Digest in 2017. “Basically a sanctuary for us to get away from everything.’
In his home state of Florida, basketball veteran Amar’e Stoudemire is asking $3.5 million for his custom king-sized home. The big man, who racked up six all-star nominations as a member of the Phoenix Suns and New York Knicks, paid $3.7 million for the property a decade ago, records show.
It's been just a little over a year since the NBA free agent Chandler Parsons purchased a brand-new, stylish home in the famous Bird Streets of the Hollywood Hills for $6,775,000. Now the small forward is switching his strategy—he's put the home back on the market for $10.9 million
After five seasons in the front office for the NBA's Sacramento Kings, the former NBA center Vlade Divac was shown the door in August 2020. Now Divac is divesting his real estate holdings in the capital city. He's put his downtown Sacramento home on the market for $1.65 million.
Divac purchased the downtown digs in April 2018 for $910,000 in the middle of his tenure as the general manager of the Kings. He's also lived in the neighboring Sacramento County town of Carmichael. In 2016, Carmichael's Chamber of Commerce named him "Person of the Year." His former residence in Pacific Palisades recently sold again in November, for $3,436,000. He had purchased the property in 2004 for $2.5 million and sold it in 2015 for $2,711,500.
Anthony Davis is making passes on and off the court this season. The Lakers big man, who inked a five-year deal worth $190 million with the team in December, just sold his Westlake Village mansion for $6.6 million. It’s a relatively short stay for Davis; records show he picked up the property in 2018 and was traded to the Lakers a year later.
Tristan Thompson looks to be parting with his Ohio home as well. The home, which resides along the water in the village of Bratenahl, is on the market for $3.25 million, a big leap from what Thompson paid in 2015, which was $1.9 million, Realtor.com reported, making the home the most expensive in Bratenahl.
It took some patience — six long months of patience — but Paul “PG-13” George has finally managed to unload his mammoth mansion out in guard-gated Hidden Hills, deep within L.A.’s San Fernando Valley. The 1.35-acre property went for $8.4 million, a cut under the $9.5 million asking price but still significantly more than the $7.4 million paid back in 2016 by the NBA baller and his longtime partner, former stripper Daniela Rajic.
Former Chicago Bulls center Joakim Noah on Dec. 15 sold his five-bedroom, 5,018-square-foot house in Bannockburn for $1.09 million.
Noah took a substantial loss on the Bannockburn house, which he bought for $1.5 million in 2008. He listed the house for $1.44 million in September and then cut his asking price to $1.37 million in October.
With all the Los Angeles real estate moves Blake Griffin is making, you’d think he’s still a Clipper. The Detroit Pistons star just bought his second Brentwood home this year right before the start of the NBA season, shelling out $5.87 million for a 1930s traditional.
If he wants to visit his other Brentwood home, all he’ll have to do is hop the fence out back. His new spot sits directly behind his other one, a modern farmhouse that he bought in the spring for $19.1 million. If he combines the two lots, the compound will exceed an acre.
New England Patriots quarterback Cam Newton reportedly has sold his luxury Charlotte, N.C. condo to a new starring attraction in the city. Charlotte Hornets 2020 first-round pick LaMelo Ball has purchased the ex-Carolina Panthers QB's former home for nearly $3 million, per Panthers beat reporter Sheena Quick. The condo had been on the market since July.
According to the listing, the 3,335 square-foot space has three bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. NBA legend and Hornets owner Michael Jordan owns the seventh floor of the building, per the Charlotte Observer.
About a year and a half after the Rockets traded him away, basketball star Chris Paul has wrapped up his business in Houston, selling a modern mansion on the west side of the city. The sale price was not disclosed, but records show the All-Star point guard was itching to sell. A month after the Rockets dealt him to the Thunder, he listed the property for $8.3 million and trimmed the price three times over the next year. It was most recently offered at $7.2 million.
About a year and a half after the Houston Rockets traded him away, basketball star Chris Paul has wrapped up his business in Houston, selling a modern mansion on the west side of the city. The sale price was not disclosed, but records show the All-Star point guard was itching to sell.
A month after the Rockets dealt him to the Oklahoma City Thunder, he listed the property for $8.3 million and trimmed the price three times over the next year. It was most recently offered at $7.2 million. Paul picked up the place in April 2018, which was a few months before he signed a $160-million extension with the Rockets that would’ve keep him in Houston for the next four years.
Around a week after agreeing to a max deal with the Miami Heat, Bam Adebayo surprised his mom with a new house for her birthday. Via Instagram, Adebayo posted photos of himself and his mom inside the house. Most NBA players have a very special relationship with their mothers. Adebayo joins a good chunk of players who have gifted their mothers for everything they’ve done.
Deron Williams, formerly of the Brooklyn Nets, has finally sold his Tribeca penthouse at 35 North Moore St. for less than half its original asking price. Williams paid $15.8 million for the glam pad in 2013 and then made a splash, listing it for $33.5 million in 2015. But it took a pandemic — and multiple price slashes — before it finally found a buyer, who loved its massive size and COVID-friendly outdoor spaces.
Milwaukee Bucks forward Kyle Korver is looking to pass his Santa Barbara, CA, home to a new owner for $3,995,000. The SoCal native purchased the retreat in 2012 for $1.5 million. The “incredibly renovated” hillside home has four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 3,960 square feet of living space. The contemporary home features muted tones of gray and beige.

Steve Kerr after viral comments on mass shootings: I've had a lot of people reach out to me

Melissa Rohlin: Steve Kerr on the reaction he’s received to his comments on the mass shootings. “I’ve had a lot of people reach out to me, most asking what they can do… What I’m asking people to do is get involved in their local communities…call your senators.”
Callie Caplan: Steve Kerr has encouraged others to call their reps since his viral comment on Uvalde: “I have lots of friends who are Democrats and lots of friends who are Republicans. All I know is they all want gun violence to go away, so we just need to get our public servants to respond.”

Melissa Rohlin: Kidd was asked about his comment that the Warriors play zone because they can’t guard them one-on-one. He said it’s a compliment to his guys, not a shot at the Warriors. But he added that as a player, he knows if a coach makes adjustments, it’s because his team can’t do something
TyTy Washington told The Post he didn’t interview with the Knicks last week at the draft combine, but suspects he will work out for them at their practice facility in Tarrytown. “Most definitely I feel I’m one of the most true point guards coming out of the draft, even though this season I played mostly off the ball,’’ Washington said at the combine. “Before this season, I was mainly a point guard. I played off the ball because that’s what my team needed. They needed me to make baskets and score for us. Cal said me being off the ball was no knock on me.’’

On Wednesday, James stopped by his I Promise School in Akron, Ohio, to spend time with the students before the year ended for summer vacation. “Appreciate y’all letting me crash your last day of school!! Love you all and have a fun and safe Summer. Don’t forget what we talked about,” James said in an Instagram post on Wednesday.
James shared hugs and took pictures with the students, as well as the staff. The 37-year-old appeared to enjoy the reactions to his arrival, retweeting a video of the kids welcoming him with laughing emojis.
