TyTy Washington told The Post he didn’t interview with the Knicks last week at the draft combine, but suspects he will work out for them at their practice facility in Tarrytown. “Most definitely I feel I’m one of the most true point guards coming out of the draft, even though this season I played mostly off the ball,’’ Washington said at the combine. “Before this season, I was mainly a point guard. I played off the ball because that’s what my team needed. They needed me to make baskets and score for us. Cal said me being off the ball was no knock on me.’’

Sean Highkin: Joe Cronin: “This is a good day for the Trail Blazers. It was a long season for us. We lost a lot of games, but this is the result. We were able to get into the draft and select two players we think are very talented.”
Sean Highkin: Joe Cronin on Shaedon Sharpe: “He was our guy all along. We weren’t confident he’d be there at 7. There were a few teams ahead of us that thought could take him. You’re waiting and waiting, and then when you hear a certain name called and your guy gets to you, it creates energy.”
Sean Highkin: Chauncey Billups on Shaedon Sharpe: “I didn’t see him play as much, other than our scouts showing me some of his high-school clips. Just an incredible talent. Uber talent. Can do it all. We watched him work out in Chicago and we all left there kind of amazed.”
