Rick Bonnell: I get the sense from Duke’s Rodney Hood there’s a lot of mutual interest between him and the Bobcats. Bobcats met with Hood last night. He said they stuck out as being particularly knowledgeable about his game. Bobcats front office talked to Hood about how much more effective he was when he earned trips to the foul line. That’s a big Clifford thing.

The storied Spanish club leads the way with eight players taking part in the Olympic Games this summer, followed by Fenerbahce out of the Turkish League, Australia’s Melbourne United, the Miami Heat (the NBA team with most male basketball representatives in Tokyo), Olimpia Milano (Italy) and Union Olimpija (Slovenia), all of whom have four players at the Games.
