NBA rumors: Darius Garland good to go for tonight

More on Darius Garland Injury

Cleveland Cavaliers guard Darius Garland could miss up to one week with a right shoulder sprain, the team announced. An MRI on Tuesday confirmed the injury after he was held out of Monday night's game against the Orlando Magic. The team also confirmed that he'll be reevaluated daily after first experiencing discomfort following Cleveland's 96-91 win against Atlanta on Saturday.
Chris Fedor: #Cavs Darius Garland is expected to play in tomorrow’s scrimmage. But John Beilein hasn’t decided who his starting group will be yet. Beilein said nothing should be inferred based on that tomorrow night.
Darius Garland didn’t participate in the Cavaliers’ first training camp practice Tuesday morning because of soreness in his right foot. The Cavs are scheduled to take the court for a second session later this evening, which will be mostly on-court shooting. That part wasn’t a problem for Garland, who was able to hoist both standstill and off-the-dribble jumpers, going all around the floor, inside and outside the arc, following Monday’s practice.
