NBA rumors: Xavier Munford to China?

Free-agent guard Xavier Munford is considering taking his talents to the Chinese Basketball Association, a league source told Amico Hoops. Munford is 6-foot-4 and spent last season on a two-way contract with the Milwaukee Bucks. It is believed the Bucks gave him a qualifying offer, making Munford a restricted free agent. If so, the Bucks would have the right to match an offer from another NBA team.

The Milwaukee Bucks have signed guard Xavier Munford to a Two-Way contract, and have converted forward Joel Bolomboy to a standard NBA contract.
Matt Velazquez‏: Per league source, the Bucks are moving Xavier Munford up from the Wisconsin Herd to a two-way contract. Joel Bolomboy & Sean Kilpatrick both are on two-way deals now, which means one of them will need to be moved off their two-way — to Bucks roster or waived — to make this work.
Shams Charania‏: Sources: Milwaukee is signing guard Xavier Munford of G League's Wisconsin on a two-way NBA contract. Munford has averaged 24 points for Bucks' affiliate.
Matt Velazquez: According to the team, Bucks are requesting waivers on Xavier Munford, who signed with Milwaukee a week ago.
