The Lakers also announced that second-round pick Talen Horton-Tucker will have limited participation in training camp and be reevaluated after the team returns from China. Horton-Tucker has a stress reaction in his right foot, which was discovered during the pre-draft combine in May. A stress reaction is a precursor to a stress fracture, with the former typically healing faster than the latter.
Harrison Faigen: Talen Horton-Tucker has been ruled out for tonight’s game AND the rest of summer league. The Lakers say he’ll stay in Las Vegas to rehab with the team.
