Carly Wright Rumors

Carly Wright, a 17-year old Mayde Creek student who spent a day with the Rockets on Nov. 19, died on Monday after a battle with cancer. Wright, who was granted a day with the team through the Make-A-Wish organization was diagnosed last year with osteosarcoma, a form of bone cancer. She attended the team’s shootaround that day, then sat courtside in owner Leslie Alexander’s seat at the game that night as the Rockets hosted Boston. The players have since been sporting wristbands reading “#Kill cancer Carly.”
