League sources tell me that former Mavericks, Timberwolves and Pistons executive Tony Ronzone has been hired by Wasserman’s player representation division to replace George David, who departed his role as the agency’s vice president of basketball operations in September 2021 to rejoin the Pistons’ front office.

James Edwards III: The Pistons have hired George David as assistant general manager, sources tell @TheAthletic. David was with the organization previously for close to two decades in various roles, including assistant GM from 2012-14.
