Josh Reaves Rumors
Chuck Cooperstein: For the moment, after the waiving of Daryl Macon, Mavs will decide between Josh Reaves and Isaiah Roby who gets the 15th roster spot and who gets the two way deal
Brad Townsend: OK, clarification from source on Josh Reaves/Mavs. He will be classified as an Exhibit 10 player. Exhibit 10 deals are one-year for the minimum salary, but can only be converted to a two-way deal before the regular season begins. If that happens, then Macon or Kostas would be waived.
The 6-foot-5 guard spoke to HoopsHype about how he will fit into an NBA rotation moving forward. What were some of the biggest things you took away from your experience of playing college basketball? Josh Reaves: I worked on being more consistent and not trying to force anything. I worked on my pace and my tempo and knew how to handle the ball in certain situations. I learned how to balance my schedule and I was there for a reason. I wanted to get my degree and play basketball at the highest possible level and I did both of those things. I was proud to finish college, it was a long four years but getting the degree put the icing on the cake. I made my family proud and I put a lot of time and effort into it.
