UNICS Kazan announced the signing of former Milwaukee Bucks and Dallas Mavericks guard O.J. Mayo. The 33-year-old veteran will make his european debut in VTB League and the EuroLeague this season, signing a one-year deal with the club. Mayo has 573 NBA games under his belt, with the Memphis Grizzlies, the Milwaukee Bucks and the Dallas Mavericks, averaging 13.9 points, 3.1 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 1.0 steal per contest.
Orazio Cauchi: Forward Jarrell Brantley, who was waived by the Utah Jazz, is close to signing a deal with Euroleague side UNICS Kazan, according to a source. Brantley was the 50th pick in the 2019 NBA Draft. More on @BasketNews_com
Bostjan Nachbar signed a contract with Unics Kazan until the end of the season. The Slovenian forward has spent the last two years of his career in Turkey with Efes Pilsen. In December Nachbar tried to get a contract in the NBA without luck. ‘Boki’s statement: “After a short break I’ve decided to continue my career in Euroleague.
